The challenge

At each product changeover, the existing material transport became a bottleneck. Transport had to be stopped, emptied and restarted when mixing simultaneously on the two mixers, which led to unplanned production stops, idle time between batches and uncertain production planning.

The solution

The solution made it possible to run continuous vacuum transport without stops between batches to two Mixers. The material flow was stabilised, allowing production to continue smoothly – even during product changes.
