The air handling unit is needed to upgrade a piFLOW®p SMART from Conveying Cycle Optimisation, CCO to full autotuning functionality. Autotuning functionality means machine learning software and sophisticated algorithms that run the application to reach the maximum capacity of the transported material by controlling the conveying air in the system. The air carrying unit consists of a motor and a butterfly valve, among other things.
Vacuum funnel with automatically adjustable air supply. Optimally adjusts the carrier air supply. Automatically opens valve at a level that provides the optimal vacuum level in the pipework or hose.
