Pneumatic control

Piab controllers are fully pneumatically operated with a highly reliable function. The fully pneumatic design also removes any ignition source from the system while simplifying the validation process.

• Controls the functions of the vacuum conveyor
• Fully pneumatic
• The maximum recommended distance between the conveyor and the control unit is 10 m when the feed pressure is 6 bar
• Function of CU-1/2A: the bottom valve is open when the conveyor is switched off.
  Function of CU-1/2B: the bottom valve is closed when the conveyor is switched off. 
  Function of CU-2: equipped with pipe emptying function between each transport cycle
